Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, business name, current website, area of interest, project timing, and message. Please do not submit passwords, payment information, private customer records, health information, or other sensitive data through the form.

Our web host may also process ordinary server-log information such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps for security, troubleshooting, and reliable delivery. This website does not intentionally set advertising cookies.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to acknowledge and respond to your request, organize potential project needs, prepare a relevant first-step solution preview, schedule a requested conversation, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and improve the website. We do not sell personal information.

An automated system may sort or summarize the information you submit and draft a relevant preview or reply. Customer-facing solution previews are reviewed by Brody before they are sent. We do not use the inquiry system to make legal, financial, employment, credit, safety, or other high-impact decisions about you.

Spam protection

The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3. When you use the form, Google receives information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and how you interacted with the page, and returns a score that tells us whether the submission looks automated. This is used only to block spam. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that processing.

Service providers and processing

Information may be handled by service providers used for website hosting, security, email delivery, scheduling, and optional AI-assisted text processing. Those providers may process information in Canada or other countries where they operate, subject to their own safeguards and applicable law. Only information needed for the relevant task is sent to a provider.

Retention

We keep inquiries, scheduling details, activity records, and related business correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and ordinary business records. Backup copies may remain for a limited period after active records are removed.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, ask us to delete information when we are not required to retain it, or stop the automated follow-up connected to an inquiry. Preview and follow-up emails include a direct preference link. We may need to verify your identity before completing another request.
